Where is The Hotel at Kirkwood?
The Hotel at Kirkwood Center is conveniently located on the south side of
Cedar Rapids at the corner of Kirkwood Blvd and 76th Avenue and can be reached
quickly and easily from I-380. It is 1.5 miles south of Hwy 30 on Kirkwood
Boulevard. (NOTE: on the North side of Hwy 30 this road is called Bowling

There is plenty of parking on site. No worries!
I’m coming from out of town – where should I stay?
The Hotel at Kirkwood (where are seminar is being held) is a very nice hotel. They would welcome you to stay there. Their number is

Should I eat breakfast before I come?
You don’t have to. There will be a pre-seminar cash continental breakfast available.
Can you accommodate my food allergies at the luncheon?
The hotel catering group works very hard to accommodate our needs at the seminar. If you have a food allergy please make note of it on your ticket order. Be sure to write your phone number on the ticket order so we can get in touch with you if needed. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all special needs.
Will there be an opportunity to purchase items from the speaker and/or musician?
Yes, both will have tables available with items for purchase. In addition, Lemstone Parable Christian Stores (our seminar sponsor) will have a table with miscellaneous items for sale. There will be time before and after the seminar as well as after the luncheon.
What denomination is the HIS Women speaker and musician and what church do they belong to?
We know that denominational ties are important to many people. However, we feel it’s best to focus on our common beliefs in Jesus and His saving grace rather than our differences.
